Qualifications

• Prior front line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred.
• Ability to handle transactions and basic math.
• Strong communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Promotes BJ’s value proposition regarding acquisition, retention, perks.
• Converts potential members by pitching membership programs.
• Delivers superior customer service at first point of contact.
• Assists with BOPIC orders and store operations as needed.
