Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency and comfort using lead management software.
• Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation through productive phone calls, community outreach, and social media engagement.
• Appointment setting and managing the sales pipeline to hit daily and monthly goals.
• Deliver a world-class tour to guests, showcasing the MMA-inspired facility and training programs.
• Present membership options and help new members enroll in suitable plans.
• Provide a welcoming, high-energy experience for every person who enters the gym.
