• Experience with CRM, ERP, membership management, or customer relationship platforms.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Experience leading process improvement initiatives.
• ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute membership growth strategies aligned with annual targets.
• Identify growth opportunities by branch, department, technician, and customer segment.
• Improve membership conversion rates through cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage branch-specific initiatives driving sales and engagement.
• Monitor performance and take corrective actions.
• Support sales through reporting, coaching insights, and process improvements.
• Lead retention initiatives and analyze cancellations to identify root causes.
• Develop customer retention campaigns and win-back strategies.
• Oversee enrollment, onboarding, renewals, and other lifecycle stages.
• Standardize membership processes across all locations and drive automation.
• Create dashboards tracking active memberships, revenue, renewal rates, and churn.
• Present monthly and quarterly performance to executives and provide data-driven recommendations.
