Job summary

PEI Group is seeking a Marketing Manager - Membership Retention to lead retention and engagement marketing for our private markets membership products. The role is based in New York City or Charlotte and partners with Customer Success, Sales, Editorial, Data, and Digital Marketing to drive renewal, adoption and account expansion.

• Bachelor’s degree required. Proven experience in B2B information subscriptions or membership marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retention and customer engagement marketing plans for PEI Group membership programmes.
• Translate business objectives into commercially focused lifecycle programmes across onboarding, adoption, renewal and expansion.
• Coordinate campaigns across email, website, digital, social, content and events to drive retention and revenue.
