PEIGroup seeks a Marketing Manager - Membership Retention to safeguard and grow recurring revenue from PEI’s Private Equity membership offerings. Based in New York City or Charlotte, you will lead retention and lifecycle programmes across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal and expansion, collaborating with Customer Success, Sales, Editorial, Data and Digital Marketing teams.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding of digital marketing platforms and programmes, experience in creating and leading the execution of marketing campaign programmes from end to end, e.g. nurture journeys, ABM.

• Plan retention and engagement marketing for Memberships.
• Translate objectives into lifecycle programmes across onboarding, adoption, engagement, renewal and expansion.
• Own the lifecycle campaign programme across target audiences and organisations.
• Coordinate activity across email, website, digital, social, content and community channels.
• Ensure campaigns align to customer needs and commercial objectives.
• Measure performance and provide actionable optimisation recommendations.
