Job summary

Gravity Haus is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Membership Sales team. You will drive pipeline growth through outreach, tours, and events, guiding prospects from first contact to signed membership.

You will split time between acquiring new members and owning renewal, engagement, and churn-reduction for an assigned portfolio, with unlimited earning potential across sales and retention incentives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven sales experience in hospitality, lifestyle memberships, or related industries.
• Experience in account management, renewals, or member retention.
• Proven sales success with ability to prospect, forecast, and meet/exceed goals for memberships and renewals.
• CRM expertise (HubSpot preferred) with strong organizational skills tracking KPIs like ARR, MRR, churn, retention.
• Data-driven mindset with sales analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute inside/outside sales initiatives to attract new members through outreach, tours, and events.
• Manage renewal pipeline and proactive outreach to minimize churn; own retention metrics.
• Collaborate on campaigns with Events, Partnerships, and Marketing for acquisition and retention.
• Use social, email, and targeted outreach to engage prospective and existing members.
