Abound Health seeks a Senior Director of Market Development & Referral Strategy to lead and expand referral growth and market development across multiple states. You will mentor the External Relationships team and establish KPIs, while building strategic partnerships with MCOs, hospitals, and community organizations.

Qualifications

• Must come from a healthcare industry with preference to homecare or IDD background.
• Proven success in building and scaling growth-focused programs.
• Experience leading multi-state growth initiatives and managing relationships across diverse markets.
• Strong CRM, pipeline management, reporting, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead referral growth and market development strategies across NC, NJ, PA, and MI.
• Coach and develop External Relationships team with KPI-based goals.
• Build strategic relationships with referral partners (MCOs, care mgmt orgs, schools, hospitals).
• Own and optimize CRM utilization, pipeline forecasting, and data integrity.
• Monitor funnel metrics: lead gen, referral volume, conversion, partner engagement, census growth.
• Develop market development, partnership, and outreach strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with intake, clinical, operations, marketing, recruiting, and leadership teams.
