Abound Health is seeking a Director of Market Development & Referral Strategy to lead a multi‑state team driving referral growth, market development, and partnerships across NC, NJ, PA and MI. You will report to the Chief Growth Officer and own CRM utilisation, funnel metrics, and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, human services, business development, provider relations, payer relations, market development, growth strategy or related industries.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving measurable growth initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and execute referral growth and market development strategies across North Carolina, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan.
• Lead, coach, and develop the External Relationships team with clear KPIs and growth objectives.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with referral partners, including MCOs, care management organisations, schools, hospitals and community organisations.
• Own and optimise CRM utilisation, ensuring pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, data integrity and team adoption of best practices.
• Establish, monitor and analyse funnel metrics including lead generation, referral volume, conversion rates, partner engagement, market penetration and census growth.
• Develop and implement innovative market development, partnership and outreach strategies based on customer insights and market trends.
• Collaborate with intake, clinical, operations, marketing, recruiting and leadership teams to support client placements and sustainable growth.
