You will partner with physicians, discharge planners, and staff to identify and cultivate referral sources and streamline the admissions process.

The role emphasizes relationship building, outreach events, and data-driven planning using tools like Salesforce to optimize referral activity and growth in the local market.

Qualificações

• Two or more years of experience in sales and/or marketing required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related health or social services field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with discharge planners, social workers, case managers, physicians and management to generate referral sources.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources.
• Identify opportunities for partnering and growth and manage leads from referral sources.
• Ensure efficient admissions process for clients and coordinate with clinical assessment teams.
• Travel frequently within the community to schedule meetings and develop contacts/referral sources.
• Utilize outreach methods (phone, email, events) to communicate facility mission and programs.
