Job summary

beem seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to grow our membership base and build partnerships that expand our reach. You will convert prospects into long-term members and create new revenue channels through corporate and community relationships.

You will lead and coach the sales team on tours, consultations, and closing, manage the CRM pipeline, and develop promotions to drive sign-ups, while collaborating with the Member Experience team to reduce cancellations and boost renewals.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably in fitness, wellness, hospitality, or membership-based businesses.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
• Mindbody experience a plus.
• Passion for health and wellness.
• Positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Membership Sales: meet or exceed monthly membership sales and retention targets; lead and coach the sales team on tours, consultations, and closing; manage the lead pipeline from inquiry to enrollment using the CRM; develop promotions, trials, and referral programs to drive sign-ups; partner with Member Experience to reduce cancellations and boost renewals.
• Business Development: identify and secure corporate wellness, employer, and community partnerships; build relationships with local businesses, healthcare providers, and influencers; organize events, workshops, and outreach to generate new leads; negotiate group membership/packages.
• Reporting & Strategy: track KPIs: leads, conversion rate, revenue, churn, and partnership ROI; provide weekly and monthly sales reports to leadership; contribute to packaging, and marketing strategy and social media campaigns.
