Job summary

Beem seeks a proactive Studio Manager to drive sales growth and optimize daily operations at our Irvine, CA studio. You will lead a revenue-focused team, manage lead generation, and coordinate marketing initiatives to convert prospects into long-term members.

In this role you will own the sales strategy, monitor KPIs, and ensure excellent client experience. A strong communicator with hands-on leadership and a track record of achieving revenue targets is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have studio/sales leadership experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage KPIs.
• Strong communication, coaching, and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and achieve studio sales targets across memberships, packages, and retail.
• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor studio staff; enforce sales processes and KPIs.
• Oversee lead generation, outreach, and B2B partnerships to sustain referrals.
• Manage digital marketing efforts and communications across channels.
• Drive in-studio revenue through presentations, follow-ups, and events.
• Improve client experience and retention via ongoing engagement.
