Job summary

The Gathering Spot in Atlanta, GA seeks a proactive Membership Sales Manager to drive member growth through inbound and outbound outreach. You will host tours, recruit at events, and maintain a high-touch prospect database to support the Membership team.

You are self-motivated, charismatic, and able to work with minimal supervision while delivering exceptional hospitality and meeting sales goals in a fast-paced community-focused club.

Qualifications

• 1+ years external sales experience preferred.
• Open Availability.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Reaching assigned sales goals with inbound leads and personal outreach.
• Hosting tours for potential members.
• Outbound outreach to potential members.
• Presence in the city at events with potential members to recruit and build brand awareness.
