Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations to provide a remarkable hospitality experience.
• Manage the sales pipeline for Memberships and Offices using Roam's CRM.
• Set up new member accounts and educate on membership amenities.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and live event/logistics needs.
• Foster relationships with members, planners, and stakeholders.
• Support brand marketing by coordinating monthly member events.
• Liaise with guests to understand meeting purposes and deliver a great experience.
