Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Avon, OH is seeking a team member to drive membership sales, renewals, upgrades and cross-sell BJ’s Loyalty Programs, while handling returns, exchanges and general customer inquiries.

You will deliver friendly, efficient service, uphold GOLD standards, and work with teammates to meet goals. Prior front-line or sales experience is preferred; basic math and computer proficiency are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Front-line/customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic math skills helpful.
• Computer proficiency and familiarity with common software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute Acquisition 365, renew, upgrade and cross-sell BJ’s Loyalty Programs.
• Handle merchandise returns, exchanges, pick-ups and general customer inquiries.
• Provide excellent and efficient member service as the first point of contact for membership and related questions.
• Maintain club standards and assist with compliance and policy adherence.
