Job summary

UFC GYM in Washington is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager and supervise the Membership Specialist team. You will help deliver a high-energy member experience, drive membership and coaching sales, and ensure operational excellence on weekends and busy periods.

This role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and budgeting responsibilities, with a focus on guest satisfaction, retention, and achieving financial targets through strong coaching and process

Qualifications

• Experience managing reports, budgeting, revenue, payroll.
• Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation with proven results.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution on key metrics and drivers, personal production.
• Ensure membership execution on lead generation, appointments, and guest goals to hit targets.
• Assist the GM with training to hit guest conversion and attachment goals.
• Inspire guests to purchase memberships by understanding goals and presenting pricing transparently.
• Manage lead generation and appointment setting to achieve personal guest goals.
• Help the Membership Specialists hit monthly targets in new member sales, EFT, and POS coaching.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed and provide weekly/monthly performance reports.
