Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive management experience supervising 3-10 employees.
• 3-5 years of sales or related experience.
• 3-5 years in the fitness industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and develop department managers and front line staff.
• Drive membership, fitness, and operating plans to meet financial targets.
• Lead monthly sales metrics and performance reviews.
• Ensure safe, engaging gym environment aligned with company values.
• Oversee budgeting, payroll, and vendor relationships.
