Job summary

24 Hour Fitness in Denver, CO is seeking a Sales and Service Expert to deliver a top-tier sales and service experience. You will guide guests through membership, fitness and retail offerings, enroll members, and drive revenue while focusing on member acquisition and retention.

You will work with the Sales and Service Manager to ensure a best-in-class experience, engage members with fitness offerings, and help them access resources and digital tools.

Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of sales practices and techniques.
• General understanding of the fitness industry.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Independent, organized, and a team player.
• Ability to operate POS and membership systems.

Responsibilities

• Execute CARE sales model to relate product value to fitness needs.
• Tour the facility and describe services aligned to goals.
• Explain offers clearly using company tools and enroll members.
• On-board new members and support retention activities.
• Achieve or exceed personal and team sales goals.
• Generate leads via community outreach and in-club promotions.
• Set appointments and manage leads using a lead system.
• Promote marketing campaigns and track activities.
• Maintain productivity and collaborate with the Sales team.
