Job summary

24 Hour Fitness is seeking a Sales and Service Manager in Colorado to lead a dynamic team, drive new member sales, and deliver a best-in-class member experience. You will recruit, train, and coach staff, supervise scheduling, and collaborate with the General Manager to meet revenue targets across fitness, retail, and services.

The role emphasizes ownership of member satisfaction, performance management, and effective communication with guests, members, and the team in a fast-paced club

Qualifications

• Strong member centric focus and ability to engage with members in person.

Responsibilities

• Hires, trains and develops Sales and Service team members.
• Leads team to offer full product/service mix tailored to members' needs.
• Coaches team through continuous assessment and feedback.
• Oversees training to ensure exceptional service in a member-centric environment.
• Manages team performance, engagement, and schedule within budget.
• Drives new member sales, EFT, POS packages, retail, and club offerings.
• Develops local club marketing and leads management.
• Ensures smooth onboarding of new members and achievement of targets.
• Partners with GM to deliver a best-in-class member experience.
