Job summary

US Fitness is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the member experience at our Carrollton club. You’ll build relationships, guide onboarding, and drive membership enrollment while supporting day-to-day operations.

This role emphasizes sales, customer service, and teamwork; CPR certification welcome; weekend/evening hours required; you’ll use CRM and MS Office to track leads and appointments, with opportunities to advance as our network grows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales and people-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and guide members through onboarding to ensure progress and engagement.
• Recruit, convert and retain members to meet monthly goals.
• Host tours and convert prospects while ensuring successful onboarding.
• Generate local leads and support club marketing initiatives.
• Track leads, appointments and referrals in the CRM.
