Job summary

The Member Relations Manager will strengthen relationships with existing members, attract new members, coordinate events and programs, and communicate the value of the associations to the broader construction community in Southern Nevada.

Reporting to the CEO, you will lead membership, events, and communications initiatives within a small, collaborative team and have significant ownership of key programs and outreach efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field; equivalent professional experience considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience in membership development, association management, events, marketing, communications, nonprofit organizations, or related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong event planning and project-management capabilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to recruit new contractor and associate members.
• Build strong relationships with existing members and identify opportunities to increase engagement and retention.
• Communicate the value of membership to prospective and existing members.
• Track recruitment and retention activity and provide regular reporting to the CEO.
