Job summary

Jobot is seeking a hands-on Member Relations Manager in Las Vegas to strengthen relationships with existing members, attract new ones, and coordinate events and programs. Reporting to the CEO, the role combines membership, events, communications, sponsorships, and community outreach in a close-knit team.

You will plan ~10 major events annually, partner with industry leaders, and develop marketing materials to articulate the value of membership while advancing workforce development in Southern

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 5+ years of professional experience in membership development, association management, events, marketing, communications, nonprofit organizations, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong event planning and project-management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects.
• Experience with membership databases and digital communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain contractor and associate members.
• Plan and coordinate ~10 events annually and related programs.
• Develop member communications and marketing materials.
• Manage sponsorships and engage sponsors and partners.
• Support CEO, board meetings, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct outreach to workforce-development and community partners.
