Colorado Cattlemen’s Association (CCA) seeks a proactive Membership Manager to grow membership and strengthen connections with Colorado cattle producers. The role leads recruitment and retention, manages relations with affiliates, and delivers timely updates to keep members engaged with CCA.

The position collaborates with staff to align membership priorities with advocacy, events, and organizational strategy.

Formación

• Experience in membership recruitment, relationship management, customer service or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort initiating calls, building relationships, following up with members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Background in agriculture or cattle industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; relevant experience will be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary liaison to current, prospective, and affiliate members; communicate value of membership.
• Develop and execute quarterly membership recruitment and retention plans with measurable goals.
• Regularly communicate with members via calls, emails, and in-person to reach recruitment/retention goals.
• Manage onboarding, renewal processing, and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain accurate membership records in CRM and provide regular trend updates.
• Maintain member benefits with partners and identify potential opportunities.
