Job summary

CPDA, the Business Council for Agrotechnology, is seeking a resourceful communicator and relationship-builder to join our small, collaborative team. You’ll support member engagement, create digital content, keep key programs and databases organized, and help coordinate industry events and Capitol Hill visits.

This hands-on role focuses on owning projects from concept to execution, including newsletters, member communications, and branded materials.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience preferred and strong writing, editing and project-management skills.
• Comfort with Microsoft 365, email platforms, social media, CRM systems and website updates.
• Graphic design and basic video editing skills are a plus.
• Degree in a related field or equivalent experience; association, agricultural or public affairs experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute newsletters, member emails, press releases, website updates and LinkedIn/social media content.
• Develop member success stories; produce branded graphics, event promotions and basic photo/video content.
• Manage content calendars, email and social performance tracking, and assigned communications projects.
• Support member inquiries, recruitment and engagement; maintain accurate CRM, committee and Adjuvant Certification Program records.
• Help coordinate conferences, speaker and sponsor materials, legislative communications and Capitol Hill meetings.
