International Dairy Deli Bakery Association seeks a Membership Program Manager to drive growth and retention for its retail members, ensuring value through year-round engagement and proactive site visits. The role balances acquisition and retention with strategic guidance, member feedback, and cross-functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will manage onboarding, deliver monthly reports, and serve as a liaison at IDDBA events to expand member benefit adoption and community involvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a sales role with progressive responsibilities.
• Experience in the food service, deli, bakery or grocery industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (Asana a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal teams, members and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Execute IDDBA’s membership growth and retention plans focused on the retail member experience.
• Partner with leadership to translate vision into a tactical roadmap and manage day-to-day acquisition and retention activities.
• Grow retail membership through tailored engagement, high-touch communications, and renewal processes.
• Solicit member feedback and translate insights into enhanced benefits and engagement tactics.
• Lead member onboarding, cross-functional collaboration, and reporting for board meetings.
