DISCOVERY Children’s Museum in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Membership Manager to oversee the membership department, drive sales and renewals, and manage member relations. The role reports to the Director of Visitor Services and requires disciplined administration and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities include selling and renewing memberships, maintaining the member database, planning member events, and ensuring internal controls and financial handling practices are followed to grow

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–4+ years of experience in sales.
• Previous management experience is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, and CRM tools preferred.
• High school diploma is required; some college coursework is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell and renew memberships; drive engagement and retention.
• Maintain member database and communications.
• Plan and execute member events with internal controls and financial handling practices.
• Train staff on membership sales and event processes.
• Support monthly membership renewal and ensure accurate data entry.
