Job summary

El Car Wash in Pompano Beach, FL is hiring a Customer Experience Advisor who serves as the face of the brand. You greet customers with energy, educate them on the Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment.

You’ll handle concerns professionally, keep the site clean and safe, and log feedback in Micrologic to help the team improve. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays, outdoors in all conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image.
• Extroverted and engaging in customer-facing moments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Result-driven with knowledge of sales metrics.
• Empathetic under pressure and able to handle concerns.
• Comfortable with POS systems and on-site tech.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoor work in all conditions.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus.
