Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Membership Growth: Identify key community players to build diverse, influential membership.
• Membership Growth: Hit monthly, quarterly and annual growth goals via direct outreach and a sales/marketing plan.
• Membership Growth: Complete weekly outreach tasks, sourcing leads and emailing potential opportunities.
• Membership Growth: Collaborate with Directors to promote membership through community-focused promotions.
• Process all applications of new members and give tours to prospects.
• Community Partnership & Outreach: Represent No. 303 Richmond at local networking events and build corporate memberships.
• Community Partnership & Outreach: Develop corporate membership packages and manage referrals.
• Retention: Engage members to improve experience and drive referrals.
• Retention: Host monthly networking events and coordinate with front/back of house teams.
• Retention: Execute the Common Ground program annually.
• Billing/Reporting: Attend weekly meetings and report on membership metrics.
• Billing/Reporting: Manage monthly membership budget
