Job summary

Work Simple is seeking a Membership Manager to drive occupancy and member retention at a Greenwood Village location. You will own the full sales lifecycle, conduct high-conversion tours, onboard new members, and nurture relationships that keep members engaged and active.

This is a real 30-hour part-time role focusing on relationships, community programming, and in-person presence. You will report to the CEO and collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a seamless member experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or community management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to write great emails and give great tours.
• Comfort with CRM tools and a willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound leads and conduct tours that convert.
• Onboard new members and build relationships to improve retention.
• Follow up with leads, coordinate with leadership, and hit occupancy goals.
• Collaborate with Operations Manager and report to the CEO on occupancy and retention trends.
• Own the sales process and help plan member events and programming.
