Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years of YMCA or customer service experience.
• Strong organization and detail-oriented skills.
• Experience in membership sales and/or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Membership Services operations and ensure welcoming environment.
• Achieve branch monthly sales goals for member growth and retention.
• Recruit, hire, train, and supervise Membership Services staff.
