National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through in-person outreach and a proven five-minute presentation. You’ll close memberships, collect payments, and educate small business owners on NFIB advocacy.

This hunter/closer role offers W-2 employment with full medical, dental, vision, and a 401k matching plan, plus an uncapped commission structure and a structured training pay safety net.

Qualifications

• Professional perseverance and resilience under pressure.
• Ability to build rapport with small business owners.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting by meeting independent business owners in person.
• Deliver a concise, proven NFIB sales presentation.
• Close memberships and process payments on the spot.
• Educate owners on NFIB advocacy in DC and state capitals.
