Job summary

Simpay in the United States is seeking a driven Membership Advisor to sell the Exectras Membership to small and mid-sized businesses. You will combine outbound calls, virtual and in-person presentations, and relationship-building to educate owners on value and benefits.

This high-activity role offers uncapped commissions, a base salary, and ongoing training. You’ll work from warm prospect lists and may attend association events to generate new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, or business development).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable handling a high volume of outbound calls daily.
• Excellent listening and consultative selling abilities.
• Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to business owners from assigned prospect lists.
• Build relationships with decision-makers and educate them on Exectras Membership value.
• Identify customer needs and position membership as a solution.
• Schedule and conduct virtual, phone, and in-person presentations.
• Guide prospects through the sales process from contact to close.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, email, and other channels.
• Participate in sales meetings, coaching, and product training.
