Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator to greet members, provide excellent customer service, and maintain membership records using My ClubHub. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Intermediate computer skills; experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook preferred.
• Complete 40 hours of DCF training within 12 months of employment, including initial 90 days.
• Successfully complete CPR training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service to Club members, staff, and visitors.
• Maintain membership records and the My ClubHub system, including file management.
• Manage front desk duties, sign-in/sign-out processes, and parent/guardian verification.
