Responsabilités

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests with exceptional service.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Check members into the club system.
• Assist with new membership sign-ups.
• Give tours of the club facility to prospective members.
• Update member account information as needed.
• Respond to questions and concerns and escalate to management as needed.
• Maintain club cleanliness and complete daily cleaning tasks.
• Assist in front desk operations and support club staff.
• Stand, walk, and perform light cleaning as required.
