Job summary

Life Time is seeking a Membership Concierge II to serve as the first contact for members and guests, handling account maintenance and engagement at our club. Grow your skills through hospitality certification levels and craft a customized succession plan to achieve your professional goals.

You will drive member engagement, support sales and program payments, and deliver extraordinary experiences in a fast-paced environment while building your professional network.

Qualifications

Must be skilled at multi-tasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Minimum of 1–2 years in customer service or sales.

Responsibilities

Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
Exemplifies a hospitality mindset to build relationships and create extraordinary experiences.
Receives inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
Maintains knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to educate members/guests.
Assists members with account maintenance, changes, and transactions including payments for programs, services, and products.
Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
Engages in problem solving and service recovery using available tools and resources.
