Job summary

Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota is seeking an experienced Membership Manager who is polished, personable, organized and genuinely enjoys people. You will be one of the first contacts for prospective members, conduct tours, build relationships and guide applicants through the process from inquiry to onboarding.

The role oversees membership applications, changes, transfers, resignations, and billing coordination with Accounting.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of progressive professional experience in membership, private clubs or hospitality.
Experience managing prospective member relationships from inquiry through onboarding.
Strong communication and discretion with confidential information.
Proven ability to build lasting member relationships and deliver high service.
Experience with lead tracking and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Conduct Club tours and build relationships with prospective members.
Manage leads and guide applicants from inquiry to onboarding.
Maintain accurate membership records and coordinate with Accounting on setup and billing.
Track membership trends and conversions, prepare reports and contribute to member communications and engagement initiatives.
