Life Time Sarasota is seeking a Membership Concierge II to assist members and guests with account maintenance, program information, and engagement. You will deliver exceptional service and help grow member relations in a fast-paced resort environment.

This role emphasizes hospitality, clear communication, and the ability to manage payments and membership changes while supporting sales and retention efforts.

Qualifications

• Multi-tasking and delivering high-quality customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to stand for 4 hours.
• Excellent verbal communication and friendly demeanor.
• Experience in customer service or sales (1–2 years).

Responsibilities

• Acts as first point of contact for members and guests.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Handles inbound calls and outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Keeps knowledge updated on club programming, events, pricing and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance and payments.
• Supports new membership sales and member retention interactions.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using appropriate tools.
