Job summary

Royal Society of Medicine is seeking a Membership Experience Lead to drive exceptional member journeys across onboarding, engagement and retention. This full-time, permanent role operates in a hybrid model with 2–3 days in the office, reporting to the Membership Manager and collaborating with Marketing and the broader team.

Responsibilities include leading engagement campaigns, resolving complex membership queries, and supporting proactive sales and retention activities while championing

• Strong data management and compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Act as escalation point for Membership Team queries and resolve complex issues.
• Lead campaigns to boost member engagement and retention and support acquisition marketing.
• Monitor engagement and flag at-risk members to the Retention and Engagement Manager.
• Loster at events as a key liaison for membership-related questions and post-event activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximise upselling opportunities and seamless onboarding of new members.
• Ensure smooth onboarding across digital platforms and provide user support for the membership system.
