Job summary

Infinite Dream Technology seeks a Member Onboarding & Retention Coordinator to guide the member experience from onboarding through renewal and advocacy. This role formalizes the transition and serves as the operational engine to scale membership while maintaining activation and engagement.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience with a CRM or membership platform, and willingness to support evening and weekend events to align with growth plans.

Qualifications

• Own the onboarding sequence and facilitate activation, terms, and gifts for new members.
• Schedule and coordinate the new-member orientation within 30 days, assign a Host, and invite guests.
• Execute a 48-hour outreach cadence as the first personal contact after joining.
• Coordinate monthly engagement programs and trainings.
• Monitor app engagement scores to flag at-risk members and trigger outreach.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding, activation, and welcome gifting for new members.
• Schedule tours, assign hosts, and encourage guest participation.
• Run the Host Program cadence and first personal contact after join.
• Coordinate monthly engagement events and training sessions.
• Monitor membership engagement and trigger retention outreach.
