Helplines Partnership is seeking a role to help grow and retain a diverse membership network. The successful candidate will build relationships with members and prospective partners, promote membership, and contribute to sustainability.
Responsibilities include handling enquiries, researching prospective members and partners, supporting events, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to campaigns and content across channels.
Helplines Partnership supports organisations offering advice, information and support by telephone, email, text and online. Its work includes training, consultancy and quality standards.

Customer relationship experience, clear communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential. Microsoft Office skills and GCSE-level or equivalent English and maths are required; an administrative qualification is preferred. Bring initiative, adaptability, confidence presenting online and in person, and a collaborative approach to working across a dispersed team.
Permanent, 22.5 hours weekly. Predominantly home-based with regular travel to meetings and events. Annual salary: £15,492 actual (£25,821 FTE).
