Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase club membership.
• Actively sell and manage private and corporate events at Harbor 360 and on property.
• Promote and secure events across the property, including in-kind, paid, community, and crew events.
• Build relationships with local businesses, vendors, yacht owners, and community partners to drive bookings and memberships.
• Track leads, follow up consistently, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Plan and execute social media marketing across platforms to promote events and memberships.
• Create and manage marketing campaigns for Harbor 360 and on-property events.
• Coordinate digital and print advertising, including signage and on-property placements.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and guest-facing materials.
• Collaborate with operations, vendors, and clients to ensure successful event execution.
• Assist with event promotion, ticket sales, and post-event follow-up.
• Monitor event performance and identify opportunities to improve attendance and revenue.
• Manage advertising opportunities on property and identify new revenue opportunities through partnerships.
