The Grosse Pointe Yacht Club seeks a proactive Membership Director to oversee the member experience across operations, communications, and service. This hands-on leader will partner with key departments to foster a welcoming and organized environment for current and prospective members.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in hospitality or club operations.
• Ability to communicate in a highly professional fashion with members and prospective members.
• Proficiency with computer programs as needed to support Membership/Marketing leadership.

• Provide strategic oversight to key departments to ensure excellence in operations and member engagement.
