Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Exit Sales Representative at Margaritaville St. Thomas, USVI to promote and sell Discovery memberships. You will engage guests, present the program, and strive to meet sales quotas while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As part of a dynamic hospitality team, you will leverage technology to deliver compelling presentations, handle questions, and close sales. Weekend and holiday availability is required to support peak guest times and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Must have proven sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations utilizing technology and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Technology Fluent.
• Full availability to work weekends and holidays required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct digital surveys of guests’ experience and present the Discovery program to drive sales.
• Answer guests’ questions accurately per sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• Prepare a digital worksheet with required information when a guest purchases.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
