Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring an Exit Sales Representative for Margaritaville St. Thomas, USVI. You will drive membership sign-ups by presenting the Discovery program and conducting digital surveys with guests.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or GED, have proven sales experience, and demonstrate strong communication and tech fluency. Weekend and holiday availability is required, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct digital survey of guest experience and present the Discovery program professionally.
• Answer guests' questions in line with sales quotas for Discovery.
• Prepare a digital worksheet when a sale is made with required information.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow company and department policies and procedures.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
