Job summary

Boys- is seeking a part-time Membership Coordinator in Kansas City, MO, to manage membership functions, data entry in My ClubHub, and maintain member records with accuracy.

The role requires a high school diploma and experience in administrative tasks, with CPR and First Aid certification preferred. You will support enrollment, track attendance, prepare reports, and help ensure smooth daily operations for youth programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of administrative experience preferred.
• Three to five years experience with the Clubs or in related field.
• Mandatory CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong bookkeeping and clerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage membership data entry and maintenance in My ClubHub.
• Maintain member files and processing of DFS applications.
• Prepare weekly SACC reports and maintain attendance data.
• Train and supervise enrollment staff and volunteers.
• Collect and secure membership fees and issue receipts.
• Produce monthly data and membership reports for administration.
• Assist Unit Director with reporting requirements and data accuracy.
