Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a Membership and Youth Engagement Coordinator for the Roosevelt site. The role handles the full membership process from inquiry to enrollment, serving as a frontline ambassador with strong customer service and organizational discipline.

This is a part-time, 9-month school-year position with hours roughly 20–29 per week, Monday through Friday mornings. The role emphasizes welcoming families, accurate record keeping, and adherence to BGCA program

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year in customer service/front desk/administrative support.
• Experience with youth, families, or community settings preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet youth, families, and visitors at entry in a welcoming manner.
• Guide families through enrollment and process applications accurately.
• Maintain attendance records and keep data up to date in membership systems.
• Ensure records comply with licensing and organizational requirements.
• Support site director with administrative tasks and reporting as needed.
