Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Complete Retention Specialist Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first point of contact for members and guests entering the resort.
• Builds relationships with members and guests to create extraordinary experiences.
• Receives inbound calls and conducts outbound outreach to support engagement and acquisition.
• Educates members about club programming, events, pricing, and policies.
• Assists with account maintenance, processing member needs and payments.
• Works as a key contact for new membership sales and retention.
• Engages in problem solving and service recovery using tools and resources.
