Job summary

London Bay, a luxury homebuilder and developer with over 35 years of experience, is seeking an experienced Membership Director to join our growing team in Florida. You will own the membership sales plan, guide prospects from tours to joining, and lead tours of golf, marina, dining, spa and preserve amenities.

Qualifications

Ten+ years of leadership in premier private or member-owned clubs with daily contact with members.
Record of membership growth or successful waitlist development.
Experience coordinating events, leagues and programs to boost participation.

Responsibilities

Drive membership growth: oversee sales plan, pricing input and waitlist.
Lead tours and orientation with leadership team to convert prospects.
Manage member communications, onboarding, renewals and retention.
Build events calendar and collaborate with golf, marina, dining, spa for a seamless experience.
Supervise membership team and set service standards aligned with the Ritz-Carlton Residences brand.
