Grosse Pointe Yacht Club in Grosse Pointe Shores, Michigan, seeks a General Manager/Chief Operating Officer to lead a member-owned club with a rich waterfront heritage. The GM/COO will oversee dining, events, harbor, racquets, sailing, finance, membership, and facilities, guiding the club toward a successful Centennial era.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years of senior private club or hospitality leadership, with CCM or CCE preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of senior private club or hospitality leadership.
• Experience elevating service and managing complex facilities.
• CCM or CCE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all club operations including dining, events, harbor, racquets, sailing, finance, membership and facilities.
• Establish consistent service standards and strengthen F&B and financial performance.
• Build a strong foundation for the Centennial era.
