Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of computers, email, telephone systems, and business software.
• Ability to learn YMCA membership, registration, and payment-processing systems.
• Previous customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or cash-handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members, guests, and participants in a friendly, professional manner.
• Check in individuals and verify active membership or enrollment.
• Provide information on programs, services, and amenities; conduct tours as needed.
• Process payments and maintain accurate member records.
• Answer calls and messages; respond to inquiries and direct to appropriate staff.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and confidentiality at the front desk and facility.
