Job summary

PBS Foundation in Arlington, VA is seeking a Coordinator, Constituent Records to manage donor and constituent data in our CRM/database. The role supports fundraising, marketing, finance, and programs by ensuring records are accurate, deduplicated, and aligned with privacy standards.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in database administration or fundraising operations, with experience in donor databases such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT or Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud, and strong data quality

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 2–4 years in database administration, gift processing, fundraising operations, or constituent records management.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, merge, and maintain constituent records in the CRM/database.
• Process donor record updates from mail, email, forms, and events.
• Ensure privacy and data governance compliance; manage consent preferences.
• Provide CRM user support and training; document SOPs.
• Generate routine reports for fundraising and leadership teams.
